Contractors grade PVA for general purpose bonding, sealing and priming of construction materials. Effectively primes and seals porous surfaces, such as interior walls. Ideal for use in combination with concrete, mortar and plaster, to improve adhesion to the substrate and seal dust/flaking surfaces.
